I’ve been a professional programmer for over 10 years. Most of my work experience is based around Unix systems programming. I’ve programmed extensively in C/C++ and Perl. Almost all of my work experience involves SQL. I’ve also worked part-time as a web applications developer for the last five years. Most of that has been with the E-Commerce framework Interchange. I’ve also done work with mod_perl, HTML::Mason and a little with the Template Toolkit.
Since early 2005, I’ve become enamored with Ruby on Rails. It’s a great framework that provides a clean design, solid testing, and great helper methods. Coming from an object oriented background and appreciating test driven development, Rails is exactly what the doctor ordered.
Another specific task I can do is write a custom theme for Typo Blog to match the rest of your current website.
